Check-in and check-out
Check-in can be done from 15:00, check-out is at 12:00. Any deviations on check-in and check-out must be agreed in advance with the hosts. The guesthouse will be cleaned and ready upon arrival.

Additional rental options

 

Outdoor Jacuzzi (Bed & Breakfast guests only)
You can rent our wonderful outdoor Jacuzzi all year round. It is located in connection with the guesthouse deck and is completely private. You can add it to your reservation or arrange cash payment with us during the stay.  

Cost: 100 SEK per person pr. day.

 

Ocean kayak

We have a 2-person ocean kayak with life-jacket, paddle and wet-bag that you can rent. This cannot be booked with your guesthouse reservation, but must be booked and paid for during your stay as it is weather and wind-dependent.

Seaview Garden guest house, Practical details

Breakfast is  NOT included in the stay, but can ordered as an extra service when you do your booking. *Booking for a minimum of 2 nights is required. Possibility of 1 night Monday-Friday, please contact us.

Check-in and check-out

KEYS: Code for keybox is provided with your rental confirmation email.
 

Cleaning, bed linen/towels
** Towels and bed linen in Seaview Garden are ONLY included for stays of 7 days or longer. For shorter stays, you can bring your own or add as a service in the booking (SEK 50 per person per day). You can order breakfast as an extra service SEK 80 per person per day with your booking.
 

For stays longer than a week, you can ask the hosts to change bed linen, towels and cleaning as needed. As the guesthouse does not have a dishwasher, we kindly ask that you wash your own dishes and take out the rubbish to the designated waste sorting point by the car park as needed. Final cleaning is included in the rent and is done after check-out.

TERMS

Villa Kullaberg B&B / Seaview Garden

​

1. BOOKING

​

Booking of both guesthouses require a minimum stay of two nights.  
1-night is possible Monday-Friday in arrangement with the hosts, please contact us to arrange.   

​

2. PAYMENT 

​

Reservation is only confirmed when payment has been processed and you have received a final email confirmation with details and cancellation conditions. 

​

3. CANCELLATION/REFUND

​

If you regret your booking and wish to cancel, please be aware of the following conditions: 
 
Cancellation – up to 14 days prior to arrival   
The booking is cancelled without any cost. Payment will be fully refunded, minus PayPal administration cost of ca.5%. 
 
Cancellation – up to 7 days prior to arrival  
50% of the booking cost will be refunded to the guest.  
 

Cancellation 6 days or less prior to arrival:  
The full amount is payable – 0 SEK is refunded to the guest.

Extra services prepaid at the time of booking (jacuzzi, ocean kayak) are non-refundable if not used during the stay. 

​

4. ALTERATIONS

​

If you wish to change the dates of your stay, you may do so up until 14 days prior to arrival, without any additional cost, provided that the guesthouse is not rented out to other guests. Altering the dates 14 days or sooner prior to arrival, will result in an additional fee corresponding to 50% of the rent.

5. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

​

Check-in: the guesthouse is available from 16 pm. On departure day, check-out is at 12 noon.

6. CLEANING

 

The guesthouse will be clean and ready to move in upon arrival. Please empty trash and do dishes. We will not change bedding and towels on rentals less than three days, nor do final cleaning until after check-out.

7. DAMAGES & DEFECTS 

 

As guest, you are responsible for all inventory in the guesthouse during your stay. Any damages or missing equipment should be reported to the hosts right away so that repairs or replacement can be handled swiftly. 

​

8. SMOKING 

 

Smoking is not allowed indoor in the guesthouse. 

 

9. PETS

 

Pets are not allowed in or around the guesthouse.

10. REGISTRATION OF INFORMATION 

​

The personal information that you provide in connection with the booking is treated with confidentiality and will in no way be shared with a third party. We do not send unsolicited emails.
